Cancellation

Free cancellation is available before the order is shipped, please contact us in time.

After the order is shipped, if the package interception fails, please ask for the return address from us after signing for the package, and the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

No compensation will be given for rejected packages.

 

Returns

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the receipt date. The item must be in original condition and have the yeezyboost-350.com label attached.

 

Refund Policy: Buyers will receive a full refund upon successful return.

 

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. The return address will be provided after our team confirms your return request.

 

Modifications: Once the return is approved according to our return policy, no modifications will be accepted.

 

Size Exchange

Eligibility: Size exchange is available if the item is unused and still has the yeezyboost-350.com label attached. Only one exchange per order.

 

yeezyboost-350.com Exchanges: Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the ship date and are subject to stock availability. When contacting us, please state the reason for the exchange and the size required.

 

Shipping and Fees: Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return and reshipment fees. Additional fees may apply, such as the price difference between sizes and sales tax (if applicable). Once our team confirms the exchange, a return address will be provided.

 

Out of Stock Items

If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel your order and refund your money even if your order has been confirmed. You will be notified by email when the cancellation has been processed.

 

Reasons for Unacceptable Returns and Exchanges

We will not process returns or exchanges for the following:

 

The product does not meet the "7-Day Return and Exchange" criteria.

 

The product has been used improperly, such as contact with moisture, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents or cooking oil, or overheated.

The product has loose threads or cracks due to scratches on the outside or internal wear.

The product may fade due to display.

The product does not look clean.

Non-yeezyboost-350.com product (missing yeezyboost-350.com quality control label).

Sale or promotional items (except for defective and quality-issued items).

Any signs of damage to the packaging or product (including accessories or parts) upon delivery.
